Leonard founded Dominator in 1988. Lopez has been working in the industry since 1982. Leonard started as a successful open-wheel dirt racer and then turned to manufacturing, building USAC Midgets and Champ Cars, SCCA Road Racers, and Super Comp Dragsters on a full time basis. This blend of Engineering, Fabrication, and Performance has led Leonard to his now 5,000 sq. ft. manufacturing, fabrication, machining, research and development Street Rod Corporation.
